Grilled Nectarine Salad


You'll Need

 Nonstick foil


  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Toss nectarines with basting oil in large bowl.
  2. Cover grill grates with nonstick foil. Arrange nectarines on foil and grill 15 min, turning occasionally until tender.
  3. Remove from grill and toss with mint, basil, and nectar.

Roll mint and basil leaves in tight bundles; cut crosswise in very thin strips.
