Grilled Mushrooms & Eggplant with Dashi Sauce



  1. Preheat grill on MED, 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
  2. Toss eggplant and mushrooms with basting oil in mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill about 5 min, turning frequently, until tender. Set aside.
  4. Bring dashi sauce to simmer on HIGH in large skillet; add grilled veggies. Stir to coat.
