Grilled Mixed Fruit & Vegetable Kabobs


You'll Need

4 Metal Grilling Skewers (bamboo may be used; soak in water 30 min prior to using)


  1. Preheat grill on MED. Mix basting oil and balsamic vinegar together in small bowl. Skewer vegetables and pineapple (alternating as desired with 3 pieces of each item on skewers); brush with 1 Tbsp oil and vinegar mixture.
  2. Grill, turning every 3 min, until grill marks appear on all sides and veggies are crisp-tender, about 10 min.
  3. Drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skewers onto serving platter.
