Grilled Miso-Ginger Squash



  1. Preheat grill on MED. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Toss zucchini and squash with basting oil in mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill 5-10 min, turning every 1-2 min, until grill-marked and knife-tender. Remove from grill.
  3. Drizzle serving dish with 2 Tbsp dressing and 1 Tbsp sesame seeds; top with zucchini and yellow squash. Drizzle veggies with remaining dressing and sesame seeds.
Chef Tips
If using larger zucchini and squash, cut slices into half-moons.
