Grilled Mini Peppers with Tom Tom Sauce


You'll Need

Nonstick foil


  1. Preheat grill on MED. Toss peppers with basting oil in bowl. Place peppers on nonstick foil sheet; reserve any remaining oil in bowl.
  2. Transfer foil with peppers to grill. Grill 12-15 min, turning every 2-4 min, until evenly browned and softened.
  3. Toss grilled peppers with reserved oil. Season with salt, pepper, and Tom Tom sauce.
