You'll Need

8 grilling skewers


  1. Preheat grill on MED 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
  2. Insert two skewers parallel, 1 inch apart, through onion slices. Season both sides of onions with salt and pepper; brush with basting oil (too much oil will cause flare-ups on the grill).
  3. Add onions to grill; close grill lid. Grill onions about 5 min. Turn over; brush with basting oil. Grill 5-7 min until tender.
