Grilled Jamaican Pineapple



  1. Add rum, butter, vanilla, spices, and sugar to saucepan on MED. Cook until rum mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Place pineapple spears in baking dish; cover with rum mixture and reserved juice. Cover dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate for a minimum 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to MED-HIGH. Transfer pineapple to grill; reserving marinade. Grill 3-5 min on each side. Transfer to serving platter.
  4. Heat remaining marinade to boil on MED; cook 2 min. Pour over pineapple. Sprinkle spears with salt.
