Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chipotle-Lime Butter



  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. 
  2. Drizzle corn with basting oil; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Reduce heat to MED. Grill 5-8 min, turning frequently, until tender.
  4. Transfer to serving platter; top with butter.
