Grilled Baby Bella Mushrooms



You'll Need

4 metal grilling skewers (if bamboo, soak 1 hour before use)


  1. Preheat grill on MEDIUM. Toss mushrooms in small bowl with 2 tsp drizzling oil. Thread mushrooms onto skewers through stems and caps.
  2. Grill, turning skewers every 3 min, until grill marks appear on all sides and mushrooms begin to release their liquid, about 10 min.
  3. Slide mushrooms off skewers into serving bowl; toss with remaining 2 tsp drizzling oil. Season with salt and pepper.
