Gluten-Free Pan-Steamed Cauliflower



  1. Heat olive oil, garlic, and capers on MED-LOW. Mash capers with back of spoon. Cook, stirring, 2-3 min.
  2. Raise heat to HIGH. Add cauliflower, water, and salt; stir. Bring to a simmer; cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 min or until water is evaporated. Season with pepper.
