  1. Add kale to large pot of boiling, salted water; cook 4-6 min. Drain; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan on LOW. Add garlic; cook, about 5 min, until edges begin to brown. Remove garlic from pan with slotted spoon; set aside.
  3. Add crushed red pepper; cook, stirring, about 30 sec, until toasted. Add cooked greens to pan; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Raise heat to MED-LOW. Add garlic and cheese to pan; stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
