Garden Veggie Grain Salad



  1. Preheat grill on HIGH. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Toss yellow squash, zucchini, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grill yellow squash and zucchini 3 min per side; remove from grill. Let cool slightly; cut into 1-inch dice.
  3. Add cooked grain blend, yellow squash, zucchini, tomatoes, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, dressing, and cheese to large bowl; toss gently to combine.
