Fried Cauliflower "Rice"



  1. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add onion; cook, stirring, about 30 sec until softened. Add egg; cook, stirring quickly, until scrambled.
  2. Add cauliflower rice, peas, and carrots; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, about 5 min. Add stir-fry sauce; cook, stirring, about 1 min to heat through.

For an authentic taste, try adding 1/4 tsp sesame oil.
