Farro Salad



  1. Add cooked farro, peppers, onion, tomatoes, zucchini, fennel, asiago, capers, vinegar, olive oil, lemon zest, basil and parsley to large mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper. Stir until well-combined.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve cool or at room temp.
