Cuban Oven-Roasted Corn



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL. Set rack 6 inches from heating element. Place ears of corn on baking sheet; brush with basting oil, coating well. 
  2. Broil 10-12 min, rotating corn as it browns (watch carefully). Transfer to serving platter.  
  3. Brush mayo on browned corn. Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning; drizzle with lime juice.

  • Every broiler is different--follow your manufacturer's suggested procedures for best results.
  • Make this outdoors on the grill: Grill basting oil-brushed corn 8-10 min on MED heat, following general grilling technique. Transfer to serving platter. Brush mayo on browned corn. Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning; drizzle with lime juice.
