Creamed Spinach



  1. Heat butter in braising pan on MED-LOW until melted. Add onions and garlic; cook about 10 min, until onions are soft but not browned. 
  2. Add flour; cook, stirring occasionally, 2 min. Add half & half and nutmeg; stir to combine. Bring to a simmer; cook 2 min. 
  3. Add spinach to pan in small batches; cook, stirring frequently, 5-8 min, until spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
