You'll Need



  1. Remove leaves from stems. Chop stems into 1/4-inch pieces; set aside. Chop leaves into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
  2. Heat butter in pan on MED until melted. Add stems to pan; cook, stirring occasionally, 14 min, until tender. Add leaves to pan; cook, stirring, about 5 min, until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat. Season with lemon juice and grated cheese.
Chef Tips
  • You can easily separate the stems from the leaves by folding each stalk in half and slicing the stem off.
  • Butter can be substituted with 2 Tbsp of olive oil.
