Cauli-Veggie "Rice" Risotto



  1. Add cauliflower puree, water, lemon juice, and salt to bowl; whisk to combine.
  2. Add cauliflower rice and puree mixture to saucepan on MED-LOW; stir to combine. Cook, stirring, 5-6 min until hot. Add cheese; stir until melted.

  • Cauliflower Rice should have texture - do not cook until soft.
