  1. Heat oil in pan on MED-LOW. Add onion, garlic, and thyme; cook 3-4 min. 
  2. Add cabbage and habanero to pan; season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Cover; cook 12 min, until crisp-tender (do not brown).
  3. Add rainbow blend; stir. Cover; cook 8-10 min until vegetables are tender. Remove habanero before serving. 


Chef Tips
For less heat, remove the seeds from the habanero before adding to pan.
