Caraway Carrots



  1. Melt butter in large skillet on MED-LOW until melted. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 min until soft but not browned. Add garlic; cook 1 min. Add carrots and caraway; stir to combine. Add white wine, stirring to loosen browned bits on bottom of pan. Cook, 5-8 min, until liquid has reduced to almost dry.
  2. Add carrot juice; simmer, stirring occasionally, 8-10 min, until reduced to syrupy consistency. Season with salt and pepper; stir in chives.
