Butternut Squash Noodles



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss butternut squash noodles with basting oil; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread evenly on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Roast, about 10 min, until tender.
Chef Tips
Stovetop directions: Heat 1 Tbsp basting oil in saute pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add 1 lb butternut squash noodles; season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to MED; cook, stirring, about 5 min, until tender.
