12-inch cast-iron skillet


  1. Heat butter in 12-inch cast-iron skillet on MED-HIGH about 3 min until melted and browned.
  2. Add sage and butternut squash rice; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 min. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper; stir in maple syrup. Transfer to serving platter.
