Basil Pesto Pane



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Halve loaf horizontally; then halve vertically to get four long sections.  
  2. Place on large sheet of foil. Spread pesto evenly on cut-sides of each section; top each with 1 Tbsp cheese.
  3. Reassemble loaf; wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake, 15-20 min, until crisp. Remove from oven; unwrap foil and discard. Cut bread into 3/4-inch pieces for serving.
