Baby Bok Choy with Stir-Fry Sauce



  1. Blanch bok choy in large pot of boiling, salted water 3-4 min. Drain well.
  2. Drizzle oil around sides of wok; tilt to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, pan is too hot.) Add ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring, 1-2 min, until browned (be careful not to burn).
  3. Add bok choy. Cook, stirring to combine. Cover, cook about 2 min. 
  4. Add stir-fry sauce. Cook, stirring, until blended and heated through.
