Baby Bellas with Bruschetta


You'll Need

4 grilling skewers


  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Skewer mushrooms with cut sides all facing same direction. Drizzle with basting oil (too much oil will cause flare-ups on the grill); season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Sear mushrooms 2-4 min. Turn over; baste (brush seared side with basting oil). Sear 2-3 min.
  3. Turn over; baste. Cook 1-3 min. Turn over again; baste. Reduce heat to MED; close grill lid. Cook 3-4 min.
  4. Transfer mushrooms from skewers to bowl; toss with bruschetta.
