You'll Need



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss artichokes and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper.  Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with cheese. 
  2. Roast, 30 min, until cheese is light golden brown. Remove from oven.
Chef Tips
  • For artichoke flavor with more tang, substitute 3 cans of Italian Classics Imported Artichoke Hearts in Brine (drained and halved) for the frozen artichokes.
  • Garnish with 1 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley (flat leaf).
