Roasted Red Pepper Sauce



  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on MED-LOW. Add garlic and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, 12-15 min, until soft and lightly browned. 
  2. Add peppers, white pepper, and paprika; cook, stirring, 2 min. Add chicken stock. Increase heat to MED-HIGH. Bring to simmer; cook, stirring, 5-8 min, until reduced by one-quarter. Add light cream; return to simmer.
  3. Remove from heat; let cool. Add mixture to blender; puree until smooth. Season with salt.
