Red Wine Sauce



  1. Melt butter in small saucepan on LOW. Increase heat to MEDIUM; add wine and bring to a boil. Cook, 12-15 min, until wine is reduced to one-fourth its original volume.
  2. Reduce heat to LOW; add demi glace. Heat 3 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
