You'll Need

Braising pan


  1. Heat oil in braising pan on MED-HIGH. Add mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, 6-7 min, until softened. Adjust flavor with seasoned salt as desired.
  2. Add butter, sherry, and stock; whisk to combine. Bring to simmer. Whisk in demi-glace and pepper. Reduce heat to MED-LOW; cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 min, until heated through.
