Food processor


  1. Add garlic, chiles, cilantro, pumpkin seeds, and water to food processor; blend until grainy.
  2. Add pure olive oil slowly. Continue to blend until incorporated into chile mixture.
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil slowly; blend until smooth. Season with salt.
