Tuscan Roast Beef Sandwich



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL. Cut bread loaf in half horizontally. Toast in oven, cut sides up, until light brown, 1-2 min.
  2. Layer bottom half with roast beef; spread with horseradish.
  3. Mix stock and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl to form au jus. Baste top half of bread with 1/4 cup au jus. Replace top half of bread to complete sandwich. Cut in quarters; serve with remaining au jus for dipping.
