Shrimp Salad Roll



  1. Combine shrimp, celery, mayonnaise and mustard in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat nonstick skillet on MED. Spread butter evenly on outside of rolls. Place in skillet; toast 1-2 min per side until light golden brown. Remove from pan.
  3. Line toasted rolls with lettuce; place 1/2 cup of salad on each roll.
