Mozzarella Sandwich with Tapenade



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread tapenade on batard. Top with alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Top with basil; drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Place both halves of sandwich open or facing up on baking sheet. Toast in oven 10 min.
  3. Remove from oven; bring halves together to form sandwich. Slice into 4 sandwiches.
