Ham and Brie on Garlic Tuscan Bread



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL. Slice loaf in half lengthwise. Lay apple slices on bottom half of loaf; shingle ham slices atop apples.
  2. Lay 4 slices brie across ham, leaving 1/2" between each slice. Spread mustard on top half of loaf.
  3. Place both pieces face up, side by side on a baking sheet. Place rack 4-5 inches from broiler. Broil 1-2 min until cheese is slightly melted. Carefully remove from oven. Place top half on bottom half; cut into quarters.
