Cubano Sandwich



  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
  2. Coat pork with cumin and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice bread lengthwise; spread both halves of ciabatta with mayonnaise.
  4. Add 4 slices swiss, pork, ham, pickles and remaining cheese; top with bread.
  5. Press whole sandwich down to flatten.
  6. Turn grill to LOW; grill sandwich on both sides until lightly toasted. Remove; slice in 4 pieces.
