Capocollo and Provolone on Rosemary Olive Oil Bread



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice loaf in half lengthwise.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, rosemary leaves, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl to make Rosemary Lemon Mayonnaise.
  3. Spread 2 Tbsp Rosemary Lemon Mayonnaise on both top and bottom; top with spinach.
  4. Shingle capicola across bottom half of bread, top with cheese slices. Place both halves on sheet pan; bake 6-7 min to melt cheese. Carefully remove from oven. Place top half on bottom half, cut in quarters.
