Bresaola, Apple & Gruyere on Batard



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss apple with lemon juice in medium bowl; stir in bresaola and Gruyere.
  2. Combine arugula and olive oil; season with pepper.
  3. Arrange sliced batard on baking sheet; toast lightly on center rack of oven, 8-10 min. Transfer to serving platter.
  4. Spoon greens over toast; top with bresaola mixture.
