Watermelon, Kale & Feta Salad



  1. Add watermelon, shallots, and mint to large bowl. Add 6 Tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss; chill 1 hour.
  2. Toss kale with 2 Tbsp olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Arrange on individual salad plates. Top with watermelon mixture, feta, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle with glaze.
