Directions

  1. Blanch beans 1-2 min in large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain; transfer beans to bowl of ice water. Drain.
       
  2. Combine beans, tomatoes and vinaigrette in bowl. Marinate 2 hours, uncovered, at room temp.
Chef Tips
Chill if prepared more than two hours in advance. Serve at room temp.
