Thai Chicken Salad




  1. Make dressing: Add lime juice, brown sugar, hot water, shallots, fish sauce, Sriracha sauce, and peanut sauce to bowl; whisk until combined and sugar is dissolved. Chill.
  2. Add greens, coleslaw, cilantro, and chicken to large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Drizzle dressing over greens mixture before serving; toss gently to combine. Garnish with fried onions.
