Spring Mix Salad with Walnut Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread walnuts in shallow pan; toast walnuts in oven 3-5 min. Let cool.
     
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, basting oil, and walnut oil in mixing bowl. Add diced apple and orange sections.
     
  3. Toss greens, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add vinaigrette-fruit mixture and toss gently.
