Red Potato & Dill Salad



  1. Add potatoes to stockpot; cover with cold water. Simmer (do not boil) on MED, about 20 min, until potatoes are fork-tender; drain.
  2. Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheet; cool 10 min. 
  3. Combine potatoes, dill, onion, yogurt, mustard, and hot pepper spread in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
