Radicchio & Romaine Salad with Mushrooms



  1. Heat large skillet on HIGH; add 1 Tbsp oil. Add mushrooms; cook, stirring, 5-6 min. Add garlic; cook 1 min. Set aside.
  2. Combine lemon juice and parsley in small bowl. Gradually whisk remaining oil into lemon juice mixture until well-blended. Chill until ready to use.
  3. Add romaine, radicchio, dressing, and mushrooms mixture to large bowl; toss to combine.
