French Blend Salad with Walnut Vinaigrette



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread walnuts in shallow pan; toast in oven 3-5 min. Set aside to cool. (Turn off oven.)
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, basting oil, and walnut oil in mixing bowl. Add apple and orange.
  3. Toss greens, cranberries, and walnuts in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add vinaigrette-fruit mixture and toss gently.
