Veggie "Rice" Falafel


You'll Need

Nonstick foil


  1. Preheat grill on HIGH. Add bean base, veggie rice blend, parsley, cilantro, and salt to large bowl; mix well to combine. Scoop mixture into 16 equal portions; form into 2-inch patties. 
  2. Place patties on nonstick foil sheet; transfer to grill. Reduce heat to MED-HIGH. Grill 7-10 min, turning once halfway through, until both sides are browned and internal temp reaches 145 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of patty).
Chef Tips
  • Use ice cream scoop to evenly portion mixture.
