Tofu with Green Beans & Peppers



  1. Blanch green beans in large pot of boiling, salted water 3 min. Add peppers; blanch 30 seconds. Drain and set aside.
  2. Drizzle oil around sides of wok; tilt wok to distribute evenly. Heat oil in wok on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, wok is too hot.)
  3. Add garlic and tofu to wok; cook, stirring, 2 min. Add vegetables; cook, stirring 1 min. Stir in stir-fry sauce; cook, stirring, until heated through. Serve over rice.
For a complete meal, serve over brown rice.
