Tofu Shiitake Stir Fry over Broccoli



  1. Blanch broccoli, red pepper, and mushrooms 2-3 min in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender. Drain; transfer to bowl of ice water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Drizzle oil around sides of wok; tilt wok to distribute evenly. Heat oil in wok on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, wok is too hot.)
  3. Add garlic and tofu; stir fry 2-3 min. Add pepper and mushrooms; stir fry 1 min.
  4. Add stir-fry sauce; stir fry 2 min or until heated through. Serve over broccoli; garnish with sesame seeds.
