  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray; place fillets on pan. Season fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine basting oil and panko in a small bowl. Place 1/4 of mixture on each fillet.
  3. Bake about 8 min, until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of fish). Remove from oven; let rest 2 min. Serve each fillet with sauce.
