Spicy Veggie Stir Fry with Tom Tom Sauce



  1. Add broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, snow peas, and baby corn to large pot of boiling, salted water; blanch 3 min. Add bean sprouts; blanch 30 sec. Drain; set aside. 
  2. Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt pan to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on MED until oil faintly smokes; add garlic and ginger. Cook, stirring frequently, 30 sec. Add sauces; bring to a simmer.
  3. Add blanched veggies and green onions to pan. Toss, stirring to heat and coat.
