Slow-Cooked Tuscan Chicken with Veggies



  1. Drizzle chicken pieces with basting oil; season with garlic seasoning and chopped rosemary leaves. Place skin-side down in 6-8 qt slow cooker. Add rosemary sprigs, mirepoix, garlic, mushrooms, fennel, onion, tomatoes, and sage sprigs to slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours. Remove herb sprigs before serving. Garnish with olive oil, lemon juice, and  zest; season with salt and pepper.
